Tristar S.L. became the sole partner with 100% ownership shares with an investment of €60,000.
Tristar S.L. is equally owned by Diana Ganduxer and Mariano Ganduxer.

The course was challenging from the beginning as the weekly requirements are very demanding, from market validation, interviews, development of financial forecasts, surveys, creation of an advisory team, etc.

The development of Contactly's MVP began in late 2022 and extended over 9 months. The prototype was developed in collaboration with a programmer friend, Jaume Diaz, who has proven experience in app development.

The MVP was the product evaluated by FI during the 2023 course and has served to clearly define the functionalities we wanted to offer and understand the feasibility of development.

One of the most relevant improvements we have added in the final version are structural improvements to enhance navigation in contact cards.
Previously, linkable elements were in a left sidebar and opened new windows.
Now, element buttons are located in a horizontal bar at the bottom of the app, and content is managed through a floating module that changes when pressing the element we want to link.

Also we added social functionalities such as chat and friends.

Contactly proposal, suggesting organizational improvements that would significantly enhance the time and productivity of individuals and companies. 

We managed to rank 3th among the 30 companies that were granted the subsidy and, therefore, we obtained the non-repayable grant, allowing us to continue with the final product development.
